An initial advisory session is offered without charge and without obligation. We use this time to understand the nature of your matter, conduct a conflict check, and assess whether Omnishift is positioned to assist. Where we are not, we will refer you to appropriate counsel.

Fee arrangements vary by matter. We offer hourly billing, fixed-fee engagements, and capped monthly retainers for ongoing mandates. Every instruction commences with a written fee estimate and a clear cost projection. There are no undisclosed charges.

A limited number of pro bono instructions are accepted annually, primarily in partnership with recognised legal aid organisations in Malaysia. Applicants are encouraged to approach us through those channels rather than the general enquiry form.

Our advisors are qualified under Malaysian law and practise before the courts of Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak. Cross-border and international matters are handled in coordination with vetted correspondent firms across the ASEAN region and beyond.

For most instructions, intake and conflict clearance can be completed within 24 hours, with substantive work commencing the same business day. Time-critical matters should be flagged clearly in the enquiry form and followed up by telephone.
